Dice Tsutsumi makes beautiful work. This guy does color key and matte paintings for movies like Ice Age and Robots. His characters and sketches are so fun but he also has the serious dedication of a plein air painter (and the many paints to prove it). He even has some pochades from his workshop with Scott Burdick. I love that he stays so often with oils for his illustrations.
