DeeDee Campbell on Instagram: "What’s up Witches?🧡🖤 Let’s make a Dollar Tree Witch Hat Wreath! So if you saw the first which hat wreath I made, it ended up being too small for my front door so I decided to make another one. First, I made the tip of the hat more curved, using a piece of foil and shaping it like I wanted it. Next, I removed the tensile from the bottom area of the hat to reveal the plastic frame. I then added some creepy cloth to the top of the hat to cover the foil and the remaining tensile. I cut lots of strips of deco mesh (4 full rolls), twisted each grouping with a pipe cleaner, and then attached each grouping to the bottom of the hat where I removed the tinsel.
