Peter - We bought the wig and I cut it to resemble Peter's hair.. The pants were green sweat pants that I took the draw string out of and cut into 6 pieces to make belt loops. Katy bought the glasses and painted the white on to resemble cartoon eyes. The chin she made out of foam balls. I sewed brown covers for his tennis shoes and used poly fill to make them look cartoony. I also sewed 2 wife beaters together so that we could stuff poly fill into them, so he would look over weight.
