It’s super easy to make and will stay in an airtight container for 2-3 months, but trust me it doesn’t stay that long as it will vanish! It tastes that good! 1 cup almonds 1 cup cashew 2 cup desiccated coconut 8 tbsp ghee 4 tbsp chopped cashew 4 tbsp almond slivers 4 tbsp raisins 2 tbsp khus khus
1 tsp cardamom powder 3 cup jaggery 1 cup water To make the jaggery syrup you boil the jaggery and water till you get one strong consistency.   The making is detailed in the video. Swarna | Recipe video creator on Instagram: "Winter comfort Ep 10 - Gondh Dry Fruits Ladoo Healthy sweet for the winters ☺️ Recipe: 200gm ghee 1/2 cup gondh/dink/ edible gum 100 gms almonds 100 gms cashews 100 gms pistachios 50 gms green raisins 80 gms sukha khopra/ dried coconut (not desiccated coconut) 30 gms Khus khus / poppy seeds 1 tsp dried ginger/ sunth powder 1 tsp Elaichi/ cardamom powder 200 gms jaggery 4 tbsp water (for jaggery) - In a heavy bottom kadai, add ghee and fry gondh until they turn crispy. Drain the excess ghee and transfer the gondh to a big plate. - Roughly crush the gondh and keep it aside. - Into the same kadai add some more ghee if required and fry almonds, cashews and pistachios for 2 minutes over low heat.
