I typically use a paintbrush and water to blend the ink, but you could also use a water brush or colorless blender. Even on its own, blending can be a fun way to enhance your lettering. I started by creating a sketch using a N95 Tombow Dual Brush Pen (grey). This step is especially important since it creates a guide that you can easily add color to section by section. I used Canson Mix Media paper for this since it holds water better than printer paper, but watercolor paper could also work! I like to break up my letters into sections and fill each section in with a color.
