Do you experience, stiffness, pain, or tension on one side of the neck, especially when turning your head?

Kristen Bos | Doctor of Physical Therapy on Instagram: "Stubborn one sided neck tension?? 😣 🔥 LET’S FIX THAT 👏🏻 If you experience this discomfort it’s highly likely that the position of your ribcage is connected to this issue! The ribcage provides the base for our head to sit on, and so many muscles that attach to the neck/head start at the ribcage. So the positioning of the ribcage has a direct effect on the load placed on our necks throughout the day. In this exercise we are focusing on lengthening and relaxing the muscles that are pulling on your neck WHILE addressing the weakness that is causing your ribcage to flare on that side for longer lasting relief 👏🏻 💆‍♀️ Comment below your aches and pains for future videos! ☺️ #neckpain #neckpainrelief #neckpaintreatment #trea Releasing Neck Tension, Neck Crick Relief, Pulled Muscle In Back Relief, Neck Spasm Relief, Tight Neck Muscles Relief, Strained Muscle Relief, Pulled Neck Muscle, Knots In Neck Muscle, Neck Tension Relief
