USGI PONCHO LINER - DIY Modification - Hack - 05/04/2011 - Consider modifying your blanket / poncho liner into a PRACTICAL QUILTED PONCHO. This is the poncho liner I modified a few years ago on my first try at making a poncho. Now, I have added a hood to cover my head.
