I even added a scoop of protein to the roti to make it extra nutritious and protein rich 

Mustard Oil - 1.5 tbsp,
Green Chilli - 1
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1pc
Bell peppers -1/2 cup sliced 
Tomatoes -1 sliced 
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp 
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/4 tsp
Black Salt - to taste 
Besan - 1 tbsp 
Curd - 2-3 tbsp 
Tomato - 1pc
Paneer
Coriander - Handful

1. Take a pan, add mustard oil, green chilli, ginger, garlic, onion, and let it cook till translucent, next cook bell peppers and choice of veggies 

2. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, K Cook Bell Peppers, Roti Sandwich, Kasuri Methi, Sliced Tomatoes, Leftover Food, Red Chilli Powder, Black Salt, Mustard Oil, Chaat Masala
