This one is a crowd pleaser every time. I make it using brown rice as it’s better for your gut and has better Low-GI carbohydrates for my running training and it’s high protein for recovery too! 🏃💪

Basically, giving myself an excuse to eat as much of it as I want 🤤
 
Recipe makes roughly 6-8 long nori rolls, depending on how much rice/filling ratio you put in 🍱
 
Ingredients:
Sushi rice:
* 1 & 1/2 cups brown rice
* 3 cups water
* 5 Tbsp rice vinegar
* 2 Tbsp mirin
* 3 Tbsp sugar
* 1 Tbsp salt
 
Spicy soy salmon:
* 2 salmon fillets, as fresh as you can find – ask your fish monger for freshest. If you can’t find fresh, then just cook before you use
* 2 Tbsp each: rice vinegar, mirin, light soy sauce, lemon juice
* 1 Tbsp e Nori Rolls, Spicy Salmon Sushi, Low Gi, Fish Monger, Salmon Marinade, Nori Seaweed, Salmon Skin, Salmon Sushi, Crowd Pleaser
