12 Tomatoes | Recipes on Instagram: "Keeping it simple 🧀🫑 Full recipe below or click the link in our bio 💻 INGREDIENTS: 1 cup whole milk 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 cups aged cheddar cheese, grated 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos (mild or spicy), chopped 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno brine DIRECTIONS: In a saucepan over medium heat, add butter and flour. Let the mixture cook for 30 seconds to cook off any raw flour taste. Whisk in whole milk to the roux and let the mixture thicken as it comes to a boil. Whisk vigorously for a smooth sauce. Remove pan from heat and whisk in grated cheese until a smooth cheese sauce is created. Add in chopped jalapenos and brine. Taste for seasoning. Cook just a couple minutes then add a large scoop of minced garlic. Toss all together. 4. Cook an additional couple of minutes until garlic is fragrant. Then set aside. 5. In a separate bowl add one block of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese and season well with pepper and a garlic herb seasoning. 6.
