The "Career Aspirations of Gen Z" project is an insightful exploration into the career preferences, goals, and expectations of Generation Z.

In this project, we use 3 Functional Dashboard which is Learing Aspiration,Manager Aspiration and Mission Aspiration Dashboard which is serves as analyzing, and visualizing data using various chart ,kpi and so on.

Manager Aspirations Dashboard

This dashboard aims to analyze the respondents' preferences and willingness to work under certain conditions, such as abusive managers, remote work, and daily work hours.

Mission Aspirations Dashboard
