LiveData and ViewModel as Async Task Loader

Demo app to list all installed app using ViewModel and LiveData as like Async Task Loder.

We often required to load some task using the loader we use some Loader for this and we use the Async Task Loader to load some task, but now we have an alternative for this work and we can use the LiveData and ViewModel as Async Task Loader
