Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a custom device using flutter custom-devices add
  2. Run flutter app on the custom device
  3. Run flutter attach on host machine.

Actual results

It never connects as it will never find the VM service running on the device. The only way to get flutter attach to work is by specifying the --debug-uri parameter, but that is not possible with Android Studio.
