Title is self-explanatory, my team is interested in using this to process ICU files to to enable us to easily translate the processed text via some API (Google, DeepL, etc), and I was just curious if there are any docs I can refer to for this parser, and if my use-case even makes sense with this.

I also wouldn't mind writing up some docs too if its just something y'all haven't been able to get to yet 😄
