Describe the pull request

Introduce two new webhook section settings:

  • SLACK_BACKTICKS_AUTHOR
  • SLACK_BACKTICKS_TITLE

These two allow the commit message or its title and/or its author to be enclosed in backticks before sending to Slack.

This prevents Slack from interpreting the respective payload from being interpreted as Slack-style markdown.
