Proposed change

Bol.com, a Dutch webshop that isn't that different from something like Amazon as far as I know, offers a bunch of Home Assistant products (Green, Voice Preview Edition, and the ZBT-1 Connect USB stick).
My PR adds links to those products in the Shipping to Europe category in each of the available products' dialog that appears when pressing the BUY NOW button. Seeing as Bol.com wasn't previously a distributor on the home-assistant.io website, I also added an /images/distributors/bol.webp image file.

I was having trouble setting up a development environment, so I did not manage to test these changes.
