Spreadsheet to HTML set up where a spreadsheet is updated and then a live version of the schedule appears on a web page. This is to avoid miscommunication between various team members and because updating via wysiwig in a CMS is less than optimal. I prefer to copy and paste.

Have you ever gotten a slow erratic trickle of content updates as an event develops? How fun is it to update simple data by WYSIWYG in say a giant list of programs during a conference? Not fun. Let the event managers do their updates via spreadsheet then copy/paste into the CMS.
