Re-enables this feature just for standard chess. In the future I'd like to have it work for all variants, which will involve:

  • Implementing playerHasInsufficientMaterial in scalachess for Horde. Currently I've done it for Antichess in this open PR: Make function for playerHasInsufficientMaterial. scalachess#702.
  • Figuring out how to get the backend to tell the frontend that the game was drawn due to an insufficient material claim. For variants, ruling out cases does not work, so without knowledge from the backend, we'd have to just display "Draw" (which is tolerable but could be confusing for the user).

I bumped scalachess so you can make use of the new function here.
