DETAILS - Updated solution file to include `MEAIFunctionsAzureOpenAI` project targeting .NET 9.0. - Created `MEAIFunctionsAzureOpenAI.csproj` with necessary properties and Azure AI package references. - Modified `Program.cs` to include Azure AI directives, build configuration from user secrets, and implement weather information retrieval using Azure OpenAI client with function invocation.
