I tried this in Safari 10.0.3 and saw no errors. Then I tried it in Firefox 52.0.1 and it doesn't work.
In Firefox the line that's causing the issue is color c = webImg.get(10, 10);, which produces the error:

uncaught exception: Image is loaded remotely. Cannot get x,y.

Looking through the code it appears that this is intentional because "Remote images cannot access imageData":

Sadly, I don't know why get doesn't work for remotely loaded images in some browsers. I don't have time to look into this any more at the moment. Perhaps someone else could find the reason and see if we can add an enhancement so this works.
For now, I can only recommend trying another browser or using a local image.
