Decision Central - using pyDMNrules to create decision services
- to create a low-code solution for creating complex decision services
- to create a test/playpen environment for creating decision services
- proof on concept complete
- tested, both on the desktop and in a container
- add some security (OAUTH2 for users logging into the Decision Central and for clients calling the APIs)
- partition decision services by logged in user id, whilst maintaining a 'guest' account
