Replaces the broken 1.3.6 build. The program iconifies itself and can be activated using the default bindings (e.g A-M-x). The config can be edited by right clicking on the icon and choosing 'edit'.
NOTE: You may need to unblock the executable after you download it. There is an 'unblock' checkbox in the properties dialog (accessed by rightclicking on the executable).
