Creates unique identifier for vardumper when running
bin/console server:dump/bin/console server:dump --format=html. The fix in theRequestContextProvidernow useshash('crc32b')in combination with$_SERVER['REQUEST_TIME_FLOAT'], which is the same as theCliContextProvider.
