Boston University Athletics is supportive and excited to provide our student-athletes with the opportunity to benefit from their Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) by introducing the Scarlet & White Exchange.

The Scarlet & White Exchange is a student-athlete NIL business registry, custom-designed for businesses, donors, alumni, and any other interested NIL parties wishing to connect with student-athletes. Registered businesses can search, filter, and initiate conversations with student-athletes to discuss an NIL deal. To learn more, please see below.



How To: Student-Athletes | Businesses
 

Student-athletes are encouraged to utilize the NCAA NIL Assist Education to learn more about entrepreneurship, financial literacy and personal brand management.
 
International student-athletes should not enter into any NIL agreements without the guidance from Boston University’s International Students and Scholars Office to protect against any potential immigration/visa issues.

BU Athletics reserves the right to adjust these policies at any time based on institutional or NCAA policy changes or changes in applicable laws, rules, or regulations. Changes will be communicated through the compliance office.
