Do you want text reminders about upcoming 4-H activities?  You can now sign up for these reminders for general information and specific activities.  For quick meeting reminders and last-minute changes, 4-H uses the "Remind 101" system for reminders and messaging. You can receive notifications by email, mobile text messaging, or both.  Normal text message fees apply according to your carrier and mobile plan.

• To receive a text reminder:  From your cell phone, send a text message to 81010 with one of the following codes (@GCnews) as the only message.  
• To receive email reminders:  Send a blank email to "code"@mail.remind.com.  If the class code was @GCnews, for example, you would send an email to GCnews@mail.remind.com.  You will get a response with more instructions.

You may send multiple messages to sign up for multiple lists, but each text message or email must contain only one code at a time.  You will receive a confirmation message when your number has been added to the remind system.  If you have problems, please call the 4-H office at 270-932-5311.
