The Human Resources Dashboard is a joint effort between Human Resources and OIT and provides leadership with current and aggregate HR metrics.  Leadership now has access to current and historical Human Resources data on demand.

The Dashboard contains data on headcounts, demographics, retirement eligibility, compensation, and years of service. Five-year trends are also available to view changes in demographics, headcounts, and turnover. Leaders have access to data for the departments within their area of responsibility.

The landing page for the HR Dashboard contains key performance indicators (KPI’s) for the University of Tennessee Knoxville. The KPI’s are updated nightly.
