Lincoln Business Improvement Group contacted fwdesign to deliver wayfinding signage to promote visitor experience throughout the city. fwdesign developed a strategic pedestrian wayfinding plan, implemented with a bespoke city map as a hand-held printed resource and on-street signage, delivered via customised frank signage and integrated on-street digital broadcast screens

In 2015 Post Typography submitted this winning proposal in a national design competition for new Baltimore City welcome signage. This unbuilt project goes beyond signage to conceive a flexible graphic identity system that includes wayfinding, sculptural forms, and beyond.
