Unique, collaborative environment that represents New Relic's branding and supports the company’s rapid growth. The space includes mostly open office bench seating with some private offices, small to large meeting rooms, open collaboration areas, private phone rooms, and a barista station.

This workspace features flexible movable furniture to create unique spaces to suit the needs of the worker such as collaborative meetings. Each space is dynamic and welcoming with warm wood tones and plush seating, far from a rigid and static office environment. Workplace also expanded their range of services to include support in change management by organizing workshops with employees, aimed at preparing them to function in the new environment.

The design consists of a palette of rich blues, light colours and natural plywood with hints of plants and biophilia around the space. They went with an open-plan space that allows natural light to filter through, boosting workplace productivity and improving wellbeing and skilfully zoned using furniture to create divisions without walls.
