Informationslücken im Entscheidungsprozess und Marktinformationen: Fehlerquellen in empirischen Studien und Konsequenzen für die Ableitung von Entscheidungen

Abstract

Informationsdefizite in Entscheidungsprozessen sind in Unternehmen nahezu an der Tagesordnung, da die Entscheidungen mehr oder minder weit in eine unbekannte Zukunft reichen. Bei der Behebung der identifizierten Informationslücken könen eine Reihe von Fehlern auftreten, die zum Verwerfen der Informationsbasis führen. Sowohl dem Nutzer der Information als auch demjenigen, der die Information beschafft, sollten die zentralen Fehlerquellen und die zentralen Grundkenntnisse zur Vermeidung bzw. Erkennung dieser Fehler bekannt sein. Dadurch könen diese von vornherein vermieden oder ex post entsprechende Konsequenzen gezogen werden.
