Ordered on 6/3/25, by the 11/3/25 no shipping confirmation so wrote an email enquiring, no reply. Phoned them on the 12/3/25 they assured it would be here yesterday, of course it’s not and still no shipping confirmation or update. Don’t expect prompt delivery, replies or updates. Starting to wonder if this company intends to send the product at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would ,Hugme in Athlone sold me a faulty screen ,I went back and they denied there was a fault, went to another store today and they replaced the screen and it's now working fine ,maybe because I'm a woman they treat me like this ,they are known for this in the town and I should have listened to advice I got about them ,lesson learned Avoid

Really well constructed phone. Battery life is genuinely 3 days with limited usage or 2 days with heavy usage. Delivery was prompt. Very good value for money. Still playing around with the photo settings but the 50mp isnt as sharp as I thought it would be. Additional clip cover is pretty cumbersome and really limits pocket utilisation. I'm 2 weeks in great value for money. Had a pixel 7 and had screen issues. Still need to test how waterproof it is
