Sazan Kryeziu
Sazan Kryeziu is Professor of English literature at “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova. He earned a PhD in Literary Studies from the University of Ljubljana. His scholarly interests include the methodologies of literary science, translation studies, aesthetics and the philosophy of literature, phenomenology, hermeneutics, ontology, and metaphysics.

Juxtaposing Heidegger’s discussion of the “holy” with Wittgenstein’s conception of language as “the inexpressible” as presented in his Tractatus, I maintain that the holy is the immediate that cannot be said, but which is the principle of all saying. Being as the holy refers to the poet who responds to the Saying by articulating this Saying in founding language, but what is made manifest thereby retains, nonetheless, a dimension of concealment.
