Oh, my stars, this was sooo good! There’s only 2 things that would’ve made it better. If I was eating it in a Tropical oasis and Jimmy Buffet was singing Margaretville. Ok, maybe a Margarita itself would make it even better too. Can you tell I’m ready for Summer? However, since old man Winter is not releasing his grip anytime soon, the soups are still in full force in the Nine household. And they truly don’t get much better than this. The youngest said it rivals his beloved Ham Chowder ! Yum…
