I think it happens naturally slowly, but there's also supplies you can buy at the store iirc

I also play osu and fnf and this was just like "normal" difficulty without ghost notes

Very nice. There's a lot good with just this much, and plenty of room for additions like more camera angles and small post-vore animations. Maybe an option for a loop instead of a game over screen?
