The Lumber Mill is a limited-time building that was released on December 6, 2016 as part of the Winter 2016 Event. During the event it was the hub for the crafting system. A total of 10 levels for the player to reach and unlock new crafting items with every new level. Only one can be obtained. It can be placed on grass, pavement, dirt, beach, boardwalk, or pier. The Winter Event Takedown update added an income and action.
