Great customer service
I was so excited about receiving this synthesizer. DHL lost the package, but marked it as delivered. I was at a loss of what to do. SONICWARE worked with me and followed up regularly to make sure the issue was taken care of, finally getting DHL to admit that they had lost the package. A new one is being sent. Super grateful and excited. Will update once I use the synth, but so far I am very appreciative of SONICWARE's customer service.
