Première commande très satisfaite ! Tellement déçue de shein et leur manque de sérieux que je me suis décidée à me tourner vers TEMU. Pyjama en "satin " très correct et à un tarif abordable, de quoi se faire plaisir sans se ruiner, décorer et même rénover son logement à moindre coût !

TEMU is indeed cheap. There are many bargains to be had but there are also false claims. Two items that I have purchased through TEMU were advertised as stainless steel but were in fact, thinly coated copper. I have purchased rings that were solid stainless steel but these two bracelets were obviously purported to be what they were not.
Rings that I have purchased (I am in a wheelchair) have proved through wear on the metal circles I grab, to be solid stainless, as advertised. The bracelets were unfortunately not as advertised.

Kunde wird bei Problemen hingehalten. Kundenservice versteht nur die Hälfte oder will gar nicht verstehen. Temu arbeitet mit Klarna zusammen, die ständig wie sie lustig sind, ihre Regeln ändern, z.b soll man neuerdings Selfie und Personalausweiskopie an Klarna (wer ist denn überhaupt Klarna - Anonymous?), senden. Der Kunde weiss nicht wer die Daten bekommt. Wer sich weigert kann nicht mal mehr mit Sofortbezahlung bei Temu bestellen. Temu lässt Klarna gewähren und nimmt den Kundenverlust offenbar in Kauf. Ich verzichte somit zukünftig auf Temu und Klarna. Bis auf Deko Artikel konnte man dort nichts Qualitatives bekommen. Bei temu kauft man teuer, da die Kleidung nach der 5 Wäsche nicht mehr schön ist. Dann lieber wieder qualitative Ware die wesentlich länger hält und auch lange gut aussieht, als billige Plastikfashion aus Petflaschen.

Item advertised on your site has a video of pet friendly sofa cover with additional covers on the arm rests (2), back rests (2), two pillows, and the seat cover. The video shows all of these things as if all the pieces are included. THEY ARE NOT! Ripoff! All I received is the SOFA COVER!

this company is horrible about refund. the item I ordered was shipped with only partially. I can't even assemble with this partial item. I did returned and asked refund. they just keep saying that they need to inspect the item and refund after. the item was returned and they received over one month ago. one person who answered the phone was saying that it'll be refunded within 2days. that was 3wks ago. still fighting about this refund. sounds like they are waiting for me to forget about this. I won't use this company never, ever again. every time I called and talked it's taking over 30min easily.

Me a bastado un solo pedido para comprobar que esta web es basura, ponen que el paquete está entregado ayer a las 10 de la noche, mentira, comunicación nefasta, mensajería lamentable, envían tanto spam que abres el correo y quieres vomitar, todos los correos son mentiras y mas mentiras, engaña tontos con descuentos absurdos que no existen, no compren mas en esta web, es una auténtica basura.

Dat Temu is een grote oplichterij met hun pushmeldingen en zogenaamde kortingen die je krijgt pas als je rond de 100 euro besteld.
Je krijgt dan zo'n melding waarin je moet meespelen om korting te krijgen wat altijd 100% tegoed is, maar dan ga je naar je winkelwagentje en dan niks geen 100% tegoed maar misschien 30 euro korting dan denk ik, ik had toch 100% tegoed coupon????? Nee die deelt Temu wel uit maar je krijgt t nooit. Temu zou verboden moeten worden met hun coupon gerotzooi.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the company and after spending approximately 7 hours explaining and re-explaining the problem to their customer service personnel, they determined that there was no problem and they would not refund or reship any of the products I had ordered and they would not contact the company to initiate any process with FedEx to track the package. Very disappointing and very deceptive.

We have made and received several orders from Temu and to be fair the quality of what we have received has been quite good
However, I personally found the so called free offers very, very misleading. I was offered eight free gifts but only found out afterwards that each one of the eight gifts have to be claimed on separate days with an order of at least £15. I would recommend extreme caution on any free gift offers which Temu bombard you with

DELIVERY AT RISK - carrier driver can't be trusted
I made a large purchase and got 1out of 2 packages delivered. The bulk was stolen by the driver of the company name UNIUNI who deliberately took a picture of random package with tracking as a proof of delivery and close my order. I have reached to the carrier and opened a support ticket and was told to go back to my merchant to file a claim to get either a refund or reshipment. I have no clue where on Temu website this action can be taken. My order #211-17759957312551775 - tracking# UUS5360835989193091. I've spent long hours on hold on the phone with the shipper to get the same message.
I need my package reship ASAP as I need the items for am even and now it might be delayed.

Dzień dobry od niedawna jestem zainteresowana kupowaniem w aplikacji Temu, jest duży wybór są ładne rzeczy, ale są rzeczy które mnie nie pokoją, trochę długo trwa czas wysyłki, może to spowodowane dużą ilością zamówień, okej mogę to zrozumieć, ale jest jeszcze inna sprawa niepokojące , a więc są wysyłane wiadomości o prezentach, a kiedy chciałam odebrać i sfinalizować prezenty, wybrałam prezenty potem miałam dobrać zakup na kwotę 100 zł. I tak zrobiłam wszystko zgodnie jak sama aplikacja prowadziła , i przy sfinalizowaniu transakcji prezenty nie zostały doliczone , tylko pojawiał się komunikat nadal odbierz prezenty przy ponownym zakupie kolejnych rzeczy, nie chce narzekać , ale to trochę brzmi jak wyłudzanie, jest to nie fajne.

He realizado una compra con ellos hace más de una semana y aún estoy esperando que la envíen.
Ayer compré con AliExpress y ya me ha pasado aduanas y está apunto de llegarme.
Además el primer pedido te obliga 10€ mínimo y después..20€ es lo mínimo! No me ha gustado nada!
Espero que al menos el pedido llegue y la calidad me permita usarlo…

Me han dado en disculpa 5€ de descuento que nunca usaré.. ( 5€… a partir de los 20€ de pedido mínimo? Vaya robo!) prefiero que me den opción a pagar los gastos de envío y comprar lo justo que obligarme a hacer una compra minima
