I can't decide if I need a hug 6 shots or 2 weeks of sleep

at some times, we may feel extremely low, everything drives us crazy and disturb our mental health without even letting us know. we may not be able to recognize what's good and what's bad for us and we just focus on one thing i.e we overthink, so what to do then, oh darling! we just need a restful sleep or a soft weep to get back our peace.
