It was the rebuilding I needed after 3 babies…
After the most weak core due to endometriosis pain…
This was the only way I could strengthen without the immense pain due to endometrial substance on my lower abs…
But a weak core was causing ALL KINDS of problems because your core is IMPORTANT to achieving strength in your back, hips, legs, chest….

So this is the workout I did to start over…
And it helped!!

And it’s what I am doing now again after chemotherapy.

We all have setbacks. Chosen or not. It’s ok to start over.
