Our product multifunctional computer table is a combine form of projector table, computer table, reading and writing table. This table can be made by using different types of materials. We have discussed all the steps of making this product. We have also discussed all the steps of making this product. We have also discussed the economic calculation and customers' need. We have done a lot of surveys and included the survey chart. After doing all this, we think that this product will be a real market capturing product. Belt conveyor has huge load carrying capacity, large covering area simplified design, easy maintenance and high reliability of operation. Belt Conveyor system is also used in material transport in foundry shop like supply and distribution of molding sand, molds and removal of waste. On the other hand Bucket elevator can be of great use during bulk material handling. This paper is mainly based on the combination of Belt & Bucket Conveyers to perform complex task within a short time and successfully in a cost effective way. On account of this, a machine and its physical description is covered here with some basic calculation.

T... more The economic lot scheduling problem (ELSP) creates challenge between lot sizing and sequencing. The ELSP's primary goal is to minimize the total setup and holding expenditures of different products on a single machine. ELSP is a mathematical model. It deals with a company's planning what to manufacture, when to manufacture and how much to manufacture. This paper deals with the Economic Lot Scheduling (ELS) of a Jute industry for time varying demand with Stock out. This model will help to understand the total production time and allocate individual time against each product. This also increases the cycle time for a given aggregate inventory. In reality, demands and capacities are varying with time. An aggregate plan is expected to give time varying capacities since the plan is to meet fluctuating demand. It is therefore necessary to model the more realistic situation where the demand and capacity vary each day. This model will provide a production schedule of a set of items in a single machine to minimizing the long run average holding and set up cost under the assumptions of time varying demand and production rates, allowing material stock out. The objective is to identify the defect of the company and create a better solution to improve the production line performance. Various industrial engineering technique and tools is implementing in this study in order to investigate and solve the problem that occurs in the production. However, 7 Quality Control tools are the main tools that will be applied to this study. Data for the selected assembly line factory are collected, studied and analyzed. The defect with the highest frequency will be the main target to be improved. Various causes of the defect will be analyzed and various solving method will be present. The best solving method will be chosen and propose to the company and compare to the previous result or production. However, the implementation of the solving methods is depending on the company whether they wanted to apply or not.

This paper deals with the disaggregation problem which refers to a management system for every pr... more This paper deals with the disaggregation problem which refers to a management system for every product solely and establishes a pre-management system of economic lot scheduling. The values of Production time have at the end of the aggregate plan, which is the production capacity in period t. This has to be used to be make several products. While only one product can be made at a time, demand occurs for all the products simultaneously. The available times for all the products have divided. So that, at any point in time, produce one product and build inventory while consuming it and meet the demand for the other products from the built-up inventory. Disaggregation schedule specifies the sizing and timing of production orders for specific items. The objective of any production system is to smooth the production process, enabling uniform production of item over the period.
