The JCLS believes service is a mutually beneficial exchange where students, the institution, and community partners all achieve meaningful outcomes. It is an experiential learning process that thrives on intentional reflection, helping us connect to a larger purpose and gain fresh perspectives on our interconnected world.
As Volunteers, we approach service with humility, valuing our shared humanity, respecting diverse experiences, and honoring the profound impact our community partners make every day.
