We’re the library’s administrative center, led by Associate Dean of Libraries Donna Hayward.

We provide leadership, strategic planning, resource management, and support so that everyone who works for the library is equipped to meet the needs of the campus community, now and into the future. 

Our group brings together expertise in assessment; communication; development; diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility; finance; human resources; and project management. Our work is informed by close collaboration with library administration — the dean and the associate university librarians who manage each high-level division of the library.
