Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Beijing Daxing (IATA: PKX, ICAO: ZBAD), ialah satu daripada dua lapangan terbang antarabangsa yang berkhidmat dengan Beijing, yang lagi satu ialah Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Beijing Capital (PEK). [3] [4] Ia terletak di sempadan Beijing dan Langfang, Wilayah Hebei . Ia telah digelar "tapak sulaiman". [5] Ia telah siap pada 30 Jun 2019, dan mula beroperasi pada 26 September 2019. Lapangan terbang ini adalah 46 kilometer (29 bt) selatan Dataran Tiananmen, 26 kilometer (16 bt) barat pusat bandar Langfang, 50 kilometer (31 bt) timur laut Kawasan Baharu Xiong'an, dan 65 kilometer (40 bt) di selatan Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Beijing Capital, dan berkhidmat untuk Beijing, Tianjin dan Hebei . [12] Ia merupakan hab untuk syarikat penerbangan pakatan SkyTeam dan beberapa ahli Oneworld, manakala kebanyakan ahli Star Alliance [a] kekal di Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Beijing Capital, begitu juga dengan Hainan Airlines . Selepas hampir lima tahun pembinaan, kemudahan CN¥ 80 bilion (AS$11.4 bilion) [14] [15] mempunyai terminal dengan keluasan 700,000 m2 (7,500,000 ka2) , terminal di lapangan terbang bangunan tunggal terbesar di dunia, [16] [17] [18] [19] [20] dan terletak di 47 km2 (18 bt2). Lapangan terbang itu memenangi anugerah lapangan terbang terbaik mengikut langkah kebersihan di Asia-Pasifik pada 2020 oleh Airports Council International . [21]
Sejarah perkembangan
[sunting | sunting sumber]Lapangan terbang kedua untuk Beijing telah dicadangkan pada tahun 2008. [22] Menjelang tahun 2012, Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Beijing Capital yang sedia ada telah beroperasi hampir dengan kapasiti reka bentuk penuhnya. [23] [24]
Cadangan awal
[sunting | sunting sumber]Laporan media awal pada September 2011 mencadangkan bahawa mungkin terdapat sehingga 9 landasan di lapangan terbang baharu: 8 landasan untuk penerbangan awam ditambah satu landasan khusus untuk kegunaan ketenteraan. [25] [26] [27] [28] Ia akan menggantikan Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Beijing Capital (yang mempunyai 83 juta penumpang pada 2013, kedua paling ramai di dunia) sebagai lapangan terbang utama Beijing, dan menjadi yang terbesar di China. Lapangan terbang itu dirancang untuk dapat mengendalikan sebanyak 120 hingga 200 juta penumpang setahun, yang, jika kapasiti digunakan sepenuhnya, akan menjadikannya lapangan terbang paling sibuk di dunia mengikut trafik penumpang, mengatasi Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta setakat ini. [29]
Kelulusan untuk pembinaan
[sunting | sunting sumber]Kelulusan rasmi untuk pembinaan oleh Suruhanjaya Pembangunan dan Pembaharuan Negara pada 22 Disember 2014. [30] [31] Ia meminta sebuah lapangan terbang dibina di bahagian selatan Daerah Daxing di Beijing, di sepanjang sempadan Beijing dan Wilayah Hebei . Tiada reka bentuk atau pelan dikeluarkan kerana rundingan berterusan. Dinyatakan bahawa ia akan terdiri daripada 7 landasan, dengan 6 untuk kegunaan awam dan 1 untuk tujuan ketenteraan. Pembinaan telah siap pada September 2019 [32] dengan kapasiti mengendalikan 75 juta penumpang menjelang 2025. Kos pembinaan pada mulanya dianggarkan sekurang-kurangnya 70 bilion RMB (AS$11.2 bilion), termasuk 37 km (23 bt) Kereta api antara bandar Beijing–Xiong'an (bahagian Beijing), ke stesen kereta api Beijing Barat . Reka bentuk dan kontraktor
[sunting | sunting sumber]Pelan induk lapangan terbang itu disediakan oleh NACO (Perunding Lapangan Terbang Belanda) [36] dan akan menampilkan hab pengangkutan darat yang menyediakan lapangan terbang dengan rangkaian pengangkutan awam ke kereta api berkelajuan tinggi, metro, lebuh raya, laluan Bas Lapangan Terbang Beijing, bas tempatan dan antara-sistem pengangkutan lapangan terbang. [37] Bangunan terminal telah direka oleh arkitek British Zaha Hadid Architects, [38] [39] perancang Perancis ADPI [40] dan rakan kongsi, dan dilaksanakan oleh Institut Reka Bentuk Seni Bina Beijing (BIAD). Ia terdiri daripada hab pusat dengan enam jejari melengkung. [41] Fasad itu direka oleh Tembok Tirai XinShan dan Institut Reka Bentuk Seni Bina Beijing. Arup telah disubkontrakkan oleh Beijing Institute of Architectural Design sebagai perunding kejuruteraan kebakaran, [42][43] manakala China IPPR International Engineering bertanggungjawab untuk reka bentuk sistem keselamatan dan sistem bagasi. [44][45] Kejuruteraan BuroHappold, sebagai sebahagian daripada konsortium, bekerjasama dengan arkitek untuk menyepadukan penyelesaian kejuruteraan ke dalam reka bentuk lapangan terbang itu. [46]
Studio reka bentuk Hong Kong Lead 8 telah dilantik sebagai pereka utama bangunan perkhidmatan bersepadu (dermaga ke-6) pada 2018. Terminal itu, menurut Lead 8, akan merangkumi "reka bentuk ruang kerja yang bertujuan, dengan pilihan runcit, tempat makan dan hiburan bersepadu untuk sejumlah besar penumpang yang dijangkakan," dengan rancangan untuk menggabungkan hotel haiwan peliharaan interaktif, penjagaan kanak-kanak dan taska, peruncitan dan makan dalam talian hibrid, dan bilik pameran untuk beberapa syarikat. Kontraktor lain yang terlibat dalam projek itu termasuk China Electronics Engineering Design Institute, Civil Aviation Electronic Technology, The Third Rail Survey dan Design Institute Group Corporation (TSDI China), Beijing City Construction Design Research General dan Beijing General Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute. Pembinaan
[sunting | sunting sumber]Pembinaan lapangan terbang itu bermula pada Tarikh 26 Disember 2014, [54] dan diketuai oleh ketua jurutera Guo Yanchi. [55] Menjelang Mac 2017, struktur konkrit terminal itu dihadkan. [56] Pada Tarikh 23 Januari 2019, pemeriksaan penerbangan pertama mula dijalankan dan dijangka selesai pada bulan Mac.
Pada Tarikh 30 Jun 2019, lapangan terbang itu secara rasminya telah siap dibina dan sedang bersiap sedia untuk pembukaannya pada bulan September. Pembinaan lapangan terbang itu sendiri menelan belanja CN¥ 120bn (kira-kira AS$17bn), dengan projek lain di pinggir menelan kos CN¥330bn (AS$46.2bn), memberikan jumlah kos sebanyak CN¥450bn (US$63bn). [57]
Pembukaan
[sunting | sunting sumber]Lapangan terbang itu dibuka pada Tarikh 25 September 2019—hanya enam hari sebelum ulang tahun ke-70 Republik Rakyat China —dalam satu majlis yang dihadiri oleh presiden China dan Setiausaha Agung Parti Komunis iaitu Xi Jinping . [58] [59] Penerbangan sulung daripada tujuh syarikat penerbangan China bermula lewat petang, [60] walaupun penerbangan yang beroperasi di luar lapangan terbang pada hari itu adalah untuk ahli sahaja, dengan penerbangan rasmi pertama keluar dari lapangan terbang itu ialah Airbus A380 yang dikendalikan oleh Syarikat Penerbangan China Southern Airlines . [61] [62] Penerbangan untuk orang ramai bermula pada hari berikutnya pada 26 September 2019. [63] Penerbangan komersial pertama mendarat di Beijing Daxing pada 10:12 (UTC+8), 26 September 2019. [64]
Lapangan terbang ini berfungsi sebagai hab untuk China United Airlines sejurus selepas pembukaannya dan semua perkhidmatan mereka telah dipindahkan ke Beijing Daxing. Yang lain, seperti Syarikat Penerbangan China Eastern Airlines dan China Southern Airlines, juga akan berpindah. [63] [65]
Apabila Lapangan Terbang Daxing dibuka, Lapangan Terbang Nanyuan Beijing, lapangan terbang tertua di China, telah ditutup pada hari yang sama. Sebuah lapangan terbang tentera akan wujud bersama di Daxing, seperti yang berlaku di Nanyuan.
Pembangunan perkhidmatan
[sunting | sunting sumber]Ia pada mulanya dirancang untuk syarikat penerbangan pakatan SkyTeam yang akan dipindahkan ke lapangan terbang baharu, manakala syarikat penerbangan Star Alliance akan kekal di Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Beijing Capital, dengan berkesan menjadikan kedua-dua hab lapangan terbang itu. [66] Ini telah disahkan pada 2016, apabila Pentadbiran Penerbangan Awam China mengumumkan bahawa Syarikat Penerbangan China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines dan Xiamen Airlines bersama-sama syarikat penerbangan SkyTeam lain akan berpindah ke lapangan terbang baharu, manakala Air China dan syarikat penerbangan Star Alliance yang lain akan kekal di Capital. [67] Hasrat China Southern, China Eastern dan Beijing Capital Airlines untuk berpindah ke Daxing telah disahkan oleh laporan Xinhua pada Disember 2017. [68]
Sepuluh syarikat penerbangan penumpang yang terdiri dari (China Southern Airlines, China United Airlines, Shanghai Airlines, Beijing Capital Airlines, Hebei Airlines, Spring Airlines, Okay Airways, Juneyao Air, Xiamen Air dan Donghai Airlines) dan satu syarikat penerbangan kargo (China Postal Airlines) menandatangani perjanjian dengan Kumpulan Lapangan Terbang Ibu Kota untuk memasuki lapangan terbang baharu itu.
CAAC mewajibkan setiap syarikat penerbangan Tanah Besar China (selain China Postal Airlines) untuk berkhidmat hanya satu lapangan terbang kawasan Beijing berikutan pembukaan Daxing, tetapi membenarkan syarikat penerbangan asing (termasuk syarikat penerbangan yang berpangkalan di Wilayah Pentadbiran Khas Hong Kong, Wilayah Pentadbiran Khas Makau dan Wilayah Taiwan) untuk beroperasi dari kedua-dua lapangan terbang jika mereka ingin berbuat demikian. [69] Kumpulan China Eastern dan Kumpulan China Southern masing-masing memperuntukkan 40% daripada slot pendaratan dengan baki 20% untuk syarikat penerbangan Tanah Besar China dan antarabangsa yang lebih kecil. Walau bagaimanapun, pada Tarikh 1 Mei 2019, pelan ini telah diubah oleh CAAC, dengan Kumpulan China Eastern melepaskan 10% daripada slot yang diperuntukkan (untuk memberikannya 30% daripada slot) kepada Kumpulan Air China sebagai pertukaran untuk kumpulan China Eastern yang terus beroperasi pada Penerbangan Shanghai-Beijing di Lapangan Terbang Beijing Capital. Ahli-ahli SkyTeam perlahan-lahan memindahkan perkhidmatan ke Daxing. China Eastern Airlines telah memindahkan beberapa destinasi domestik terpilih ke Daxing sambil mengekalkan kehadiran yang besar di Capital. Ia akan melancarkan laluan antarabangsa baharu ke Paris dan Tokyo pada penghujung Mac 2020. Begitu juga XiamenAir akan memindahkan laluan habnya ke Fuzhou dan Xiamen pada akhir Mac 2020 sambil mengekalkan destinasi domestik lain di Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Beijing Capital. Rakan kongsi global mereka Delta Air Lines sepatutnya berpindah pada penghujung April dan Aeroflot akan berpindah pada awal Jun.
Perikatan OneWorld mengumumkan pada Februari 2019, bahawa syarikat penerbangan ahlinya sedang mempertimbangkan skim lokasi bersama rasmi di Daxing, [71] terutamanya seperti kebanyakan mereka, kini mempunyai perkongsian perkongsian kod dengan China Southern . Ahli Perikatan, seperti British Airways dan Malaysia Airlines telah memindahkan penerbangan London-Heathrow dan Kuala Lumpur mereka dari Beijing-Capital ke Beijing-Daxing manakala Finnair terbang dari Helsinki-ke-Daxing serta mengekalkan penerbangan harian ke Capital. [72] S7 Airlines akan memindahkan semua penerbangannya yang meliputi 5 destinasi Rusia ke Beijing-Daxing dari Beijing-Capital pada 29 Mac 2020. Qatar Airways juga telah mengumumkan hasratnya untuk berpindah ke Beijing-Daxing pada Musim Panas 2020. [73] American Airlines akan berpindah dari Beijing-Capital ke Beijing-Daxing kerana perkongsian rapatnya dengan China Southern. [74] [75] Royal Air Maroc yang menyertai perikatan pada Tarikh 1 April 2020 sudah beroperasi di luar Daxing. Cathay Pacific dilaporkan berhasrat untuk kekal di Beijing-Capital. [76]
Beberapa syarikat penerbangan Star Alliance asing menyertai ahli penuh Air China dan rakan kongsi Juneyao di Beijing-Daxing. Pada Januari 2020, LOT Polish melancarkan penerbangan 4 minggu dari Warsaw, melengkapkan penerbangan 3 mingguannya ke Capital. Juga pada Januari 2020, Swiss International Air Lines mengumumkan bahawa mereka akan memindahkan penerbangan Zurich-Beijing mereka dari Beijing-Capital ke Beijing-Daxing pada akhir Mac 2020. [77]
Pada Tarikh 25 Oktober 2020, China Southern Airlines memindahkan semua penerbangan Beijingnya ke Lapangan Terbang Daxing. [78]
Kemudahan lapangan terbang

[sunting | sunting sumber]Lapangan terbang itu dihubungkan ke bandar melalui pelbagai cara pengangkutan, dan pusat pengangkutan darat telah dibina di bawah bangunan terminal untuk tujuan ini. [206] Dua stesen kereta api bawah tanah (untuk kereta api antara bandar Beijing–Xiong'an dan Penyambung Kereta Api Antara Bandar) [207] dan tiga stesen metro (Ekspres Lapangan Terbang Daxing, Laluan 20 (Laluan R4) dan satu lagi laluan metro yang dirancang) [207] dibina di bawah terminal bangunan. Pada masa ini, hanya satu daripada laluan metro (Daxing Airport Express) dan satu daripada laluan kereta api (kereta api antara bandar Beijing–Xiong'an) sedang beroperasi. Kereta api antara bandar
[sunting | sunting sumber]Perkhidmatan kereta api berkelajuan tinggi, kereta api antara bandar Beijing–Xiong'an bermula dari stesen kereta api Beijing Barat . Ia akan menghubungkan kawasan bandar Beijing, Daerah Daxing Beijing, Bazhou dan Xiong'an ke lapangan terbang baharu. Bahagian antara lapangan terbang ke Beijing akan beroperasi pada kelajuan 250 km/j (160 mph) dan bahagian antara lapangan terbang ke Xiong'an akan beroperasi pada kelajuan 350 km/j (220 mph) . [209] Bahagian lapangan terbang-ke-Beijing telah dibuka pada Tarikh 26 September 2019, [210] manakala bahagian lapangan terbang-ke-Xiong'an dijangka dibuka pada akhir tahun 2020. [211] Ia akan mengambil masa 28 minit dari stesen kereta api Beijing Barat ke lapangan terbang baharu. [212]
Sebuah lagi kereta api antara bandar, Penyambung Kereta Api Antara Bandar, akan menghubungkan Langfang, Yizhuang, Pusat Sub-pentadbiran Beijing di Daerah Tongzhou dan Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Beijing Capital ke Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Beijing Daxing. Fasa I penyambung kereta api antara bandar (Lapangan Terbang Daxing ke stesen kereta api Langfang Timur) sedang dalam pembinaan. Fasa 1 kereta api akan siap pada bulan Disember 2022. [sunting | sunting sumber]Ekspres Lapangan Terbang Daxing dari Kereta Bawah Tanah Beijing menghubungkan lapangan terbang ke kawasan bandar Beijing dan mula beroperasi pada 26 September 2019. [217] Laluan itu menghubungkan stesen Caoqiao di Laluan 10 ke lapangan terbang. Pada mulanya, hanya segmen Caoqiao ke lapangan terbang dibuka, dengan sambungan utara ke Lize Shangwuqu dijadualkan memulakan pembinaan pada tahun 2020 [218] dan selesai pada tahun 2022. Korean carrier T'Way Air in late-March 2024 intends to add service to Beijing, as the airline schedules Seoul Incheon – Beijing Daxing route.
