Made my very first French custard tart this weekend! I used the @recipe_tin flan pâtissier recipe which turned out beautifully but definitely required a lot of patience. I watched Marie Antoinette in between waiting for things to chill and bake and chill again, which felt very appropriate. If you are a lover of custard and rustic tarts that slice perfectly, you will definitely want to give this a try. Now I’m off to eat some for breakfast!
