The National Credit Union Administration is committed to providing access to all individuals—those with or without disabilities—that are seeking information on this website. We have built this website to conform to the Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (as amended), which requires that all individuals with disabilities (whether federal employees or members of the general public) have access to, and use of, information and data comparable to that provided to individuals without disabilities, unless an undue burden would be imposed on the agency.

The Architectural Barriers Act and Access to NCUA Facilities
We also comply with the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA). This law helps ensure that NCUA employees, applicants for NCUA employment, and members of the public with disabilities can gain ready access to the NCUA’s buildings and facilities.
If you have any questions or concerns about physical access to the NCUA buildings or facilities, contact the NCUA's Facilities Management Specialist at OCFOrequests@ncua.gov.
Learn more about Architectural Barriers Act standards from the U.S. Access Board.
Filing a formal accessibility complaint under the Architectural Barriers Act
If we do not meet any of the requirements of the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA), you can file a formal complaint about it.
To file a formal complaint about an ABA violation, submit your complaint by email to EEOMAIL@NCUA.GOV.
If we receive a complaint alleging that NCUA violated the ABA, we will forward the complaint to the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board. If we receive an ABA complaint and believe that a different (non-NCUA) entity is responsible for the alleged ABA violation, we will let you know that and inform you where you can file a complaint against the other entity.
You can also file an ABA complaint with the Access Board directly. You may obtain instructions on how to file an ABA complaint directly from the Access Board at https://www.access-board.gov/.
