2 cups fresh BASIL 1 1/4 cups organic sea salt
 Process the ingredients using a food processor or blender. When all ingredients are fully incorporated, spread onto a parchment-paper lined cookie sheet and let air dry or bake on 225F for about 25 mins. Remove and let cool process once more using a quick pulse to break up the chunks. Keep in an airtight container or a spice shaker. You can also bottle it up in a Knorr Jar and gift it to a loved one. Shelf life is - up to a year if stored properly, in a cool dry location.
