Tarot cards are a mechanic in Cyberpunk 2077 and Phantom Liberty. They were also added in the Night City Tarot DLC for Cyberpunk RED. There are a total 22 tarot cards in Cyberpunk 2077, plus 4 additional in Phantom Liberty. They first appear in Act 2 after V's mind becomes entangled with Johnny Silverhand's engram.
