We are 99% energy. Scientific fact. Since we are energy, we are spiritual by true nature. So when we struggle, experience chaos, pain and suffering, we have internal energy blocks. We dont feel as good as we appear on the outside. Therefore, our outside world reflects the internal energy. Remove the resistance and true strength, freedom, and happiness will arise as if out of no where. It’s all internal. How we see the outside world is a reflection of how we feel on the inside.
