Pairing the exotic notes of prickly pear cactus with a trio of zesty citrus, this will quickly become your go-to Margarita choice!   YUZU PRICKLY PEAR GIN-RITA 🍋 ◦ 1½ oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin ◦ ¾ oz Prickly Pear Syrup ◦ ¾ oz Yuzu Juice ◦ ¾ oz Orange Liqueur ◦ Juice of ½ Blood Orange ◦ Dash of Fresh Lemon Juice (to taste) ◦ Blood Orange Slice, to garnish ◦ Sumac Sugar & Agave, to rim   METHOD: Combine ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp sumac on a plate. Brush a little agave syrup or honey on the side of your glass and pass it through the sumac sugar. Set aside. Add the rest of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with Pear Gin, Pear Syrup, Empress 1908 Gin, Glass Garnish, Orange Liqueur, Pear Cactus, Orange Slice, Prickly Pear Cactus, Agave Syrup
