Gonna cook and then remove five slices of bacon. The bacon's done, we're going to set it to the side for now. One pound of smoked ondoui sausage. When the sausage starts getting a little sear on it about like that, it's time to pull it out. One cup of celery diced up. One large yellow onion or three cups. One red bell pepper and one fresh jalapeno. Six claw of fresh garlic minced up. Two, three, or four tablespoons of butter. Now some lean paired about two tablespoons probably. The vegetables been cooking them for about 15 minutes. This is two and a half pounds of chicken thighs. They've been marinating in Cajun2 stamp black pepper, cayenne pepper. The chicken's been cooking in the vegetables about 15 minutes. Now I'm white about two tablespoons of Cajun seasoning. White about a tablespoon spoon of this zippies out. Got that stirred in. It's time to add this on dewy sausage and bacon back in. Three bay leaves. Three cups of chicken broth. We're going to bring this up to a simmer. This is one can of pureeed rotel. This has been simmering about 30 minutes. We're going to stir in two cups of rice. I'm going to put the lid on for 25 minutes. Now I'm going to let it sit here for about five or 10 minutes and let some of that stand come out of it.

To start, we're going to add three cups of rotisserie chicken, three cups of chicken broth, one cup of water, And then you're going to grab a ranch seasoning packet. You can add the full one or you can just add half. I just chose to add the full one because I like the flavor and then you're going to want to bring this to a simmer on medium low heat. After that, you're going to want to add some cheese. You can just do this to taste but we added two cups of shredded cheddar and then, we just did a whole bag of this bacon. I mean, it's a lot but it's so good. And then you're going to want to add a brick of cream cheese. And you're just going to stir this up till it kind of incorporates. Uh it it took about maybe 510 minutes for it to to go. After it's mixed up you want to scoop it into a soup bowl. Y'all I'm telling you this is about to be so good. Wait till you see what we're going to add next. So you scoop into a soup bowl. Um you're going to want to leave a little bit of room at the top. You don't want it to like be all the way full because what we're going to do next we're going to take some Cheddar Bay biscuit mix. You're going to want to already have it mixed together and everything and you're going to want to put the the biscuit mix on top of the soup. I know it seems odd but you just want to fill it up all the way. And then what we're going to do is we're going to put it onto you can put it on any kind of pan. I just put the pan under because I don't want it to spill over and get all in my stove or oven. And so after you do that you're going to want to cook it at 425 for about 15 minutes and then we'll do our final bit. Look at that. So good. So next I took the butter just like I don't know half a tablespoon or something and then the mix that's actually in the biscuit. And you just want to put that. It's like garlic and herb I think. And you're going to want to mix that up together and then just kind of poke it on the top. Rub it on the top cock. I can't even speak today. Um This was so good. Here's Tyler's review of it. I know y'all love him taste testing. Mm. Mm. That's like chicken Popeye but ten times better.
