Thanks to everyone who left a comment or emailed me about the folded flower balls. I know now that these are called Kusudama. I thought I'd share the links and comments in case you want to try making one (or more!) of these. It's a little early to be thinking about Christmas, but with summer coming to an end and autumn just around the corner, I felt an urge to get a jump on holiday decorating.
